KineDek Peak Performance & Rapid Recovery Platform: Nicole Wiggill

Nicole Wiggill emerged victorious in the challenging downhill mountain endurance race, the 2022 Sani Stagger. The race spans from Lesotho to the Underberg, a rural village in Kwazulu Natal's Drakensberg region.

Nicole's win was even more remarkable considering the muscular imbalances she had been struggling with. These imbalances stemmed from a shoulder dislocation she sustained while weight training, which hindered her running efficiency. To address this, she underwent 12 KineDek sessions to correct her imbalances and avoid further injury.

In the previous year's competition, Nicole had placed fourth in the women's category and eighteenth overall in a field of 266 men and women. This year, however, she made an incredible leap forward, finishing in an impressive eighth place overall out of a total field of 319.

The KineDek is a performance-enhancing tool designed to facilitate rapid recovery. It also significantly improves strength, endurance and stamina.

Its effectiveness is demonstrated by an up to 80% reduction in recovery time after strenuous workouts or competitions, both immediately after and up to 5 days following a KineDek session.

The fundamental principle of KineDek is that there's no need for recovery time after a strenuous strength workout, and the improvements in performance are almost immediate. Furthermore, if your energy levels are low, the KineDek can increase your energy during the workout.

This can easily be shown to be effective after doing a single KineDek session. If you're interested in trying it out, please send a request for a demo to
