The KineDek: How it Works

Welcome to the groundbreaking world of myokines – key players in the powerful connection between movement, muscular health, and overall wellbeing!

Over the past decade, a paradigm shift in Western understanding has occurred, challenging the notion that muscles solely play a passive role in well-being, limited to mechanical leverage and increased blood circulation. This shift has brought to light the recognition that muscles are dynamic participants in overall health other than merely propelling activity.

This advance has come about through the discovery of myokines, a sub-class of cytokines. They are a class of proteins produced only by muscle cells during physical activity and are then released into the bloodstream. The Vekta KineDek harnesses the science of these incredible molecules in its pioneering approach to exercise.

Over 3,000 different myokines have been identified to date, each playing a crucial role in various bodily functions. Here's a peek into some of their remarkable effects:

🌠 IL-6: Targets abdominal fat, bolsters immune response, controls tumor growth. 💪🍏🦠

🌠 IL-15: Slows the process of skin aging. ⏳🌟🧖‍♂️

🌠 Irisin: Enhances cognitive function and stimulates muscle growth. 🧠💪🌱

🌠 SPARC: Assists in destroying colon cancer cells. 🦠❌🩺

🌠 BDNF: Boosts cognitive functions and reduces appetite. 🧠🍽️🚀

🌠 Myonectin: Facilitates muscle mass increase. 💪📈🏋️‍♀️

🌠 FSTL1: Protects the cardiovascular system and improves blood flow. ❤️🩸🌊

Before modern research acknowledged this perspective, traditional practices such as Tai Chi and QiGong had already tapped into the transformative power of myokines. In the realm of Chinese medicine, the concept of 'Chi' or 'Qi' represents the "life force," a vital energy thought to animate all living entities. However, unlocking the full potential of myokines through these ancient techniques demands profound skill, precision, and unwavering commitment.

Now, envision unlocking the wealth of myokines without the accompanying discomfort or time commitment required from Yoga, TaiChi, QiGong, or rigorous exercise sessions. This is the marvel of the Vekta KineDek! Its pioneering AI-enabled Compensating Resistance Technology (AI-CRT) ensures efficient, yet entirely pain-free workouts. Bypassing the usual aches and inflammation not only spares you unease but actually supercharges the myokine production!

The Vekta KineDek - a testament to the power of myokines and the magic of movement. Let's embrace a healthier, happier life, one myokine-boosting workout at a time!

Side Note: Qigong

Tai Chi is a branch of the ancient Chinese discipline of Qigong, believed to amplify the body's Chi, or vital life energy. After undergoing three sessions on the KineDek, a seasoned Qigong practitioner shared her enlightening experience.  According to her insights, traditional exercises failed to evoke the life force sensation, a stark contrast to her Qigong experiences. The KineDek, however, intensified this feeling, likened to ebullient energy currents within. Of particular note, her regular Qigong practices did little to alleviate the chronic pain in her knee and hip, a lingering result of a fall five years prior that had progressively worsened. Yet, KineDek sessions rendered her immediately pain-free after the a single focused activity until its resurfacing 5 days later.

Scientific Note

The core contrast between KineDek and conventional exercise mechanisms: conventional exercises usually induces an inflammatory response by stimulating the immune system through muscle agitation which is experienced as post exercise pain and stiffness; whereas KineDek modulates muscle contractions without activating the immune system, consequently promoting a muscle-activated anti-inflammatory response.
